I had the honor of working with Rocio and Ian for their wedding in April. They were such a fabulous couple, who were a blast to work with! I just love getting this kind of feedback 🙂

My fiancé and I debated about whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator. We both went back and forth about whether the expenditure would be a necessary one, and if we could really afford it. Our budget was really tight, but knowing this we set up an appointment to meet Erin. As soon as we met Erin, we knew she would be an amazing vendor to work with. Her personality meshed really well with ours (which was important to me) and the “bang for your buck” was incomparable (which was important to him). Erin went above and beyond for us in a way that spoke volumes about her and passion for what she does. It became clear, very quickly, that she takes an immense amount of pride in what she does. She will ensure that you have all of the necessary information in order to make the important decisions and she does a great job of gauging what you are comfortable with. She was patient with us with all of our questions and offered great advice at every turn. We had no idea what we were doing, or what things were typically done, and Erin’s expertise proved necessary to making the right decisions for our budget.

Erin really is the “insurance plan” for your wedding. She will do whatever it takes to make sure things go smoothly. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Erin every time. Both my fiancĂ© and I agreed that she was one of the best vendors we worked with. I really could not have done it without her. For your sake, and for your peace of mind on the big day… do yourself a favor… contact Erin!

It was such a great pleasure working with this gorgeous bride Rebecca and her mother to plan Rebecca’s English Garden themed wedding.
At our first meeting we spoke about all the ideas Rebecca had for her wedding. She loved “A Midsummers Night Dream. I love everything about the design elements of that and it is one of my all time favs! I knew we were going to have a great time planning! I knew Rebecca would love Crenshaw Hall in Wake Forest.

Thank you Melissa Kay Photography for these awesome images!
Ginger Mullins made all of the girls look beautiful!
Great vendors make all the difference! Greg Warren Flowers was able to tie in the natural elements of the moss and black rocks to make the tent feel like a garden, while at the same time creating stunning and elegant table centerpieces.

The food was provided by Rocky Top Catering. They are so fantastic to work with. Their staff is phenomenal!! I highly recommend them!
Ashley Cakes did a phenomenal job with Rebecca’s cake!

The bride’s mother is from Brazil, and so were a lot of the guests, so they had a Brazilian minister give part of the ceremony in Portuguese. It was a great way to allow the guests to feel like they are part of the ceremony.

The bride’s sister and Maid of Honor read from her diary she wrote in when she was younger. I seriously don’t think there was a dry eye in the place!
Later in the night I switched the lighting to green to kick off the party! (Obviously not one of Melissa’s photo, just my iPhone!)
Best Wishes to such a great couple, who is so genuine and sweet!

xo, Erin
